This is Greg (Carter’s portion is below). What a day. What a day of college hoops we have ahead of us. I would argue this is the most perfectly balanced schedule of the entire season! There’s 1 (or 2) GREAT games every single two-hour block starting at noon eastern until midnight. God I’m so excited.
Not only am I excited, but I am confident. Like I’ve talked myself into using a big free bet on a ridiculous all day 20-leg parlay, and ladies and gentlemen I’ve looked at this 25 times this morning….I can’t see where it loses.
SERIOUSLY YOU TELL ME WHERE THAT LOSES! God forbid we get to the Hawaii game at midnight…..how fun would that be.

Stay the course. I heard the whispers of the newsletter and it being cursed and this and that. A lot of outside noise (and honestly some inside noise as well I must admit), BUT with all that said if you tailed the newsletter and G’s daily picks yesterday you had a winning day which in the betting world is a great day. There is a great slate of games today so let's continue to ride this momentum. For good luck we have Cat with the left below so take that for what it is worth.
Purdue -5 vs Michigan State. I will not let my love for Michigan State block my affinity for also loving to win bets. Michigan State has been struggling to say the least these past couple games and I don’t think playing a Purdue team that we don’t match up well with is the recipe to get back on track. Unfortunately for my well being I think that Purdue covers the spread in this one. We do not have the frontcourt to hang with Purdue and don’t have a good enough offense to expose Purdue’s weakness which is their defense. Take Purdue in this one and pour a strong one Spartan Nation and weather this storm. #TrendTheBackTheBet In the last seven games Michigan State is 1-6 against the spread.
Kentucky +3 vs Arkansas. This is going to be some great high level basketball between two of the hottest teams in the country. Arkansas has been on a tear as of late and seems to have shaken off their early season woes. Kentucky is a team that continues to get better and better in my eyes (fully healthy this is a lock Final Four team to me). There are questions as to whether Sahvir Wheeler and TyTy Washington will play but even with them I don’t think Arkansas has the inside presence to hand with Big O and if he is dominant and they decide to double, look for Kellan Grady and Davion Mintz to knock down outside shots. I also have a feeling that after their stretch of playing so well Arkansas needs to come back to earth a little bit. Take the Cats +3 and if you are like me throw Kentucky ML in a parlay.
My last pick is based on one of my favorite teams in college basketball this year…Ed Cooley and the Providence Friars. We are taking Providence -5 at home vs Creighton. The implications in this game are massive, if Providence is able to win this basketball game they avoid having the Big East regular season title hanging in the balance going into the last game vs Villanova. Creighton is a team that has been playing good basketball as of late but unfortunately for them they lost one of their best players and starting PG Ryan Nembhard who leads them in assists and steals. Nembhard really does a lot for this Bluejays team so I think they will struggle without him especially this being the first game without him. I like Providence to win this game and cover to wrap up the regular season Big East title.
Last bonus all day underdog parlay because the underdogs need love to. This is a longshot but I could also see it happening. Sprinkle and enjoy. All ML, All Underdogs, and the payout is +82580
